Birdwatching by the coast
No performance. This is how locals live.
Curated experiences

Everyone promises "authentic local." The difference is knowing the people behind for years, not just the places.

Two formats to match your style

Auto-guidate: My field notes to explore at your pace. Bernini and Caravaggio outdoors in Rome, Liberty route in Turin, historic center of CDMX, Cinque Terre (hanging vineyards, small ports). PDFs 20-40 pages, to do whenever you want.

Curated connections: Experiences I facilitate through my personal network. Milonga, wineries, architectural sketching.

You can add them to your designed trip or book them standalone.

Curated experiences from USD 200. Self-guided from USD 35.

Sketching Buenos Aires: architecture as historical document

An architect who teaches at UBA and reads facades as history. When you sketch with him, you see why it has imported wrought iron with exposed brick (Parisian aspiration, immigrant budget). Sketching as a method of understanding. 3 hours.

Wines of Immigration: San Telmo walking + tasting

We visit 3 buildings beyond the usual immigration architecture: Central European Jugendstil, Catalan, French industrial. We pair them with wines from grapes immigrants brought from those lands. We discuss wine, architecture, roots. 90 min. Co-created with local wine shop.
Milonga with couples dancing

Tango without show: real milonga

Alfredo comes from Corrientes - his first dance was folklore. He became porteño adopting tango. Private 90-min class: codes nobody explains (inviting gaze, proposing embrace). Then, milonga where locals have danced for decades. With empanadas + wine before.

Custom experiences: from rock to trekking

Rock concerts, opera or ballet in Buenos Aires? Birdwatching with biologist in Iberá? Patagonia navigation where captain narrates geography? If I know the destination well and have personal network, I can facilitate it. From self-guided routes to curated connections with real people.
Not on the list? If I know the territory, I can probably arrange it.

Other examples I’ve facilitated: olive oil tastings with producers in Sicily, trekking to viewpoints where tours don’t reach, artists’ workshops in their real space.

Your only free weeks of the year shouldn’t be spent on correct but forgettable experiences.

our reviews

When last-minute changes disrupted my Europe plans, Sole suggested an exciting new route: Verona, Cinque Terre, and Rome. I kayaked between cliffs, took calls amidst stunning sea views, and followed Renaissance art through every corner in sheer awe. What began as a detour became my favorite chapter ever!

our reviews

Sole recommended places I’d never have found alone—like a quiet spot near Glaciar Martial and another across town. Local fish, long sunsets, no crowds. The kind of guidance that makes every meal feel intentional, even when time is short.

our reviews

Our honeymoon started in Puerto Natales, crossing mountains to El Calafate. El Chaltén was incredible – one of the world’s hiking capitals.
Everything was perfectly organized. A journey we’ll remember for the rest of our lives.
